THE WEEKLY RATE INCLUDES: Bed linen and towels furnished on arrival day, electricity, hot water, refrigeretor, independent heating, air conditioning, Satellite TV, safe deposit box in the appartment, swimming-pool, table-tennis, playground for children, garden, garage parking, bicycle deposit, bed linen and towels furnished on arrival day, 1 weekly change of towels, 1 weekly tidyng up of the apartment (not included the kitchen).
Other services available on request: Washing machine, every extra change of bed linen Euro 15,00, every extra change of towels Euro 15,00, final cleaning of the apartment from Euro 45,00 (not included cleaning of the kitchen ware). Reservations saturday to saturday (excluding April 1th to July 1st and August 25th - October 1st)

An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book. Settlement of the bill on arrival day.
A deposit of Euro 100,00 will be requested on arrival, this will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked.
